SHED 530 Estate Woolshed Ruby (Case)

This Port (fortified wine) has aromas of chocolate, smoky oak, violets and dark stewed fruits. 

The palate has a full, rich entry that flows through with delicate tannins and lightly acid finish, leaving flavours typical of Xmas cake.

Harvested from vineyards in Hawke’s Bay.  The varieties are Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.

Made through traditional red winemaking methods, after oak maturation, the wines were blended and then fortified using a neutral spirit.

It's the perfect base for our PPJ cocktail!
